Managementand support (post-acquisition) of International Water and Wastewater Services Provider: Board members and general management support, including monitoring the 100-day Plan, implementation of mechanisms / procedures for accounting, financial and operational control, with focus on the subsidiaries:
- Executionof the annual Profit & Losses forecast (until 2028) and Budget of 2021(Income, Balance and Cash-Flow Statements);
- Study ofcredit lines for working capital to support subsidiaries;
- Development of monthly operational, commercial, financial reports template forsubsidiaries;
- Monthlymonitoring of subsidiaries activity;
- Monitoring of tender processes and respective proposals for the exploration /operation of water supply systems.
