Development of technical and commercial feasibility study, part of a due diligence of an Indian utility. The scope of the study included the assessment of the adequacy of predicted investment and operational costs (CAPEX and OPEX) as well as the analysis of basic assumptions for business the plan development, such as service coverage and service quality volution. The study also included the analysis of the concession agreement for which DouroECI provided technical support to the legal and financial teams.
